Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of this policy

All guides and articles on Future FinCraft are free to read, so most visitors will never make a payment to us. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to any paid product or service that Future FinCraft may offer directly, such as downloadable resources, live workshops or webinars, one-off consultations about our content, or sponsored and advertising placements (together, “Paid Services”).

It does not apply to products or services you buy from third-party platforms, marketplaces, course providers or tools mentioned in our guides. Refunds for those are governed by the seller’s own policy.

2. What we never charge for

Future FinCraft never charges fees for job placements, marketplace accounts, “guaranteed” approvals, withdrawals or income packages. If anyone asks you to pay for such things in our name, it is a scam – please report it to office@futurefincraft.com.

3. Digital products

• Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once the download link has been used.
• If a file is faulty, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will replace it or, if we cannot fix the problem, issue a full refund.
• If you were charged twice for the same item, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

4. Workshops, webinars and live sessions

• Cancellation by you: cancel at least 72 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before start may be transferred to a future session instead of refunded.
• Cancellation or rescheduling by us: if we cancel a session, you can choose a full refund or a place on the rescheduled date.
• Missed sessions: if you miss a session without cancelling, we may provide a recording where available, but no refund is due.

5. Consultations

If we offer consultations about our content, you may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or missed appointments are not refundable, though we will consider genuine emergencies case by case.

6. Sponsored content and advertising

Sponsorship and advertising agreements are governed by their written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees already paid for work that has been started or published are non-refundable, and cancellations before work begins are refunded minus any costs already incurred.

7. How to request a refund

1. Email office@futurefincraft.com with the subject line “Refund request”.
2. Include your name, the product or service, the date of payment, the payment method and the transaction ID.
3. Briefly explain the reason for your request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and give a decision within 7 working days.

8. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible – for example bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or card. Mobile financial service refunds are usually processed within 3-7 working days of approval; bank and card refunds may take 7-14 working days depending on your bank. Any fees charged by your payment provider that we cannot recover may be deducted, and we will tell you before this happens.

9. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.
